The Western Reserve Resource Conservation and Development Council is a nine county Northeast Ohio nonprofit tax exempt organization and is sponsored by the Soil and Water Conservation Districts and County Commissioners. Located in Northeast Ohio, the Western Reserve Resource Conservation and Development Council (RC&D) area includes Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage, Summit, and Trumbull Counties.
